A three-month support experience through pregnancy and the fourth trimester.
Birth is a moment. Becoming a mother is a transition.
While so much attention is given to preparing for birth, very little space is given to preparing for everything that comes after - the physical recovery, the emotional shifts, the changes in identity, relationships and daily life. Held in Motherhood offers that space.

Over three months, you'll receive:
Three antenatal sessions
Together we'll explore how you're feeling about birth and motherhood, build trust in your body, understand your nervous system, and create a personalised Postpartum Plan that supports your recovery and wellbeing after birth.
Two weeks of on-call support after birth
A space to reach out between sessions during those tender early days, when questions, emotions and uncertainty often arise.
Six postnatal sessions
A dedicated space to bring whatever feels most present.
Feeding, sleep, relationships, identity, confidence, overwhelm, matrescence, or simply the need to be heard.
There is no agenda to follow.
We focus on what matters most to you.
